Ballyfermot man accused of dealing in ecstasy
By Brendan Grehan
A MAN accused of dealing in ecstasy from his home in Ballyfermot has been sent forward for trial to the next sittings of Dublin Circuit Court.
Garrett Salinger was before Judge David McHugh in Blanchardstown District Court for service of his book of evidence.
Salinger, aged 36, with an address at Ballyfermot Drive, Ballyfermot, is charged with simple possession of ecstasy and possession of ecstasy for sale or supply at the above address on October 31, 2013.
A Solicitor for the DPP told Judge McHugh that the book was ready to be served.
She said the DPP had consented for Salinger to be sent forward for trial to the next sittings of Dublin Circuit Court. Noting that the book had been served, Judge McHugh sent Salinger forward on bail to the next sittings of Dublin Circuit Court.
