Councillor links up to work with the Independents 4 Change

BALLYFERMOT Independent councillor Paul Hand joined Independents 4 Change during their monthly Dublin South Central branch meeting on Tuesday, July 11.

Cllr Hand was first elected to Dublin City Council as an independent for the Ballyfermot/Drimnagh ward in 2014.

He said: “I and my supporters are very pleased to be linking up with the Independents 4 Change and especially to be working with all the Dublin South Central branch members and supporters, including Joan Collins TD and Councillor Pat Dunne.

“Our public services are dramatically underfunded and the crises in housing, homelessness and health are only getting worse.

“By working with Joan Collins TD and Councillor Pat Dunne we can present a progressive alternative locally and nationally and I look forward to making this challenge a reality.”

Cllr Hand will soon be sitting in Joan Collins’ constituency office; dates and times are forthcoming.
