Mystery over future of HSE health centre

The Echo has learned this week that commercial property consultants Bagnall Doyle MacMahon (BDM), have acquired the site for a Dublin based investor.HEALTH CENTRE
The new owners will consider letting the three detached buildings at the site, in different units and will be flexible on terms, according to a representative from BDM.
A spokesperson for BDM said: “The client considers it a strategic site and felt something should be done with it so he will take local needs into consideration as part of the decision making process.

Speculation in the community is rife with regard to the potential use for the former health centre, ever since agents Quinn Agnew put it on the market in June.
