Multiple crashes on the M50 and N7 causing delays

Traffic is already building on the M50 this afternoon as a crash between Junction six (Blanchardstown) and seven (Lucan) heading southbound is causing delays.

Both the AA and Gardai are warning motorists of traffic in the area, with the crash in the right-hand lane leading to an increase in delays.

Gardai have said three vehicles are involved in the incident.

There is also an accident heading northbound between junction 11 (Tallaght) and junction 12 (Ballymount), while emergency services are dealing with two separate incidents on the N7 outbound.

Check out updates ahead of your trip home from work on Twitter via AA Roadwatch, TII Traffic and An Garda Siochana.
