New Arrow business centre available for all who need modern office space

THE former Heineken Irish HQ in Tallaght, has been renovated and is now a shared office business centre.

The Arrow services offices centre, off the Belgard Road in Cookstown, is fully air conditioned and available for people or businesses who require office space.

Arrow recently welcomed the Sam Maguire Cup to the new facility ahead of the All-Ireland football final.

The new centre provides businesses with a flexible arrangement to secure office space at an affordable price.

Stunning glass-walled offices, with a modern canteen and coffee stations, give employees a

co-sharing working environment to network and socialise.

To access the building, they have done away with individual ID swipe cards, and entry is now by swiping your mobile phone.

The Arrow centre is conveniently located beside the Luas Red Line and in close proximity to transport and motorway links.

A number of companies are already operating out of the centre, including those working in the recruitment, aerospace and pharma-ceutical industries.

Hajrija Nurkic, Business Manager at Arrow, said: “We look to make life easy for a business.

They can focus on their work, while we make sure all aspects of their arrival are taken care of.

“We look after their phone lines – either give them new numbers or convert their old ones across to our system along with all the ICT infrastructure.

But most of all, I hope we make them feel this is their office from day one.

Larger working offices with space for 14 employees are available but they can also accommodate smaller companies, from two employees to individuals in a hot-desk environment.

Free coffee, tea and hot chocolate are available all day in the modern canteen and coffee stations.

Each office suite has its own wi-fi and network. Tech infrastructure on site offers a secure data room, CAT 6 cabling and up to 1 GB broadband fibre, along with enhanced secure access controls with CCTV.
