According to the organisers it is not a difficult walk, but a reasonable level of fitness is required as it will take approximately three hours.

Those intending to take part should wear suitable footwear, dress appropriately for the weather and bring bottled water and a snack.

This event is not suitable for young children.

Meeting at the County Library in Tallaght at 10:30 am, a bus will transport attendees to Bohernabreena Reservoir to begin the walk at 11:00 am.

You will be dropped back to the library after the walk. There is plenty of carparking available at the County Library.

If you wish to make your own way to the reservoir, please note that there is very limited car parking space available, and please let organisers know that you will not require transport by emailing This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
