Woman arrested after Heroin worth €150,000 seized in Lucan

As part of ongoing investigations being conducted into serious criminal activity in the West Dublin area, Gardaí attached to the Special Crime Task Force, Garda Drugs and Organised Crime Bureau have seized heroin with an estimated value of €150,000 pending analysis.

The seizure was made following the planned search of a premises in Lucan, County Dublin last night, Tuesday 6th September 2016 at approximately 11pm.

A woman in her Late 40s was arrested at scene.

She is currently detained under Section 2 of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act, 1996 at Ronanstown Garda Station.
