Let’s paint the town blue for All-Ireland

THOMAS Davis has encouraged the community to paint the town ‘blue’ in the run-up to the ladies’ All Ireland semi-final on August 25 and the men’s All Ireland final on September 1.

The Kiltipper Road club has challenged its members and the local community to fully get behind both teams and to get their blue on, and their flags and bunting out.

The Dublin ladies’ team will go head-to-head with rivals Cork on August 25, with the men’s team meeting Kerry in Croke Park on September 1.

Thomas Davis is inviting people to send the club any new pics or videos which show how they are supporting the Dubs.

There’ll also be prizes for some of the best shows of support.

The campaign is called Paint the Little Village Blue – for further details visit Thomas Davis GAA Club Facebook page.
