A NEW high-end boutique stocking dresses for all occasions has opened its doors in Tallaght, and is offering affordable, unique and quality garments to women of all ages and dress sizes.

Tallaght residents Donna Mills and Oonagh Doyle are the duo behind Julian Boutique which, located in the Cookstown Industrial Estate, is bringing the dress options, quality and range normally found in boutiques in the city centre to Tallaght – with staff also on hand to give professional advice and guidance.

Aisling Maxwell (23), who is the Miss Ireland Runner-Up 2015, is also working in Julian Boutique, with the young Tallaght native as manager complementing the experience of Oonagh and Donna, who are in their thirties and forties respectively.

Donna told The Echo: “We are catering for women of all ages and among the three of us, we have three different outlooks on fashion and what works on different age groups.

"We feel that there is a need for a high-end boutique in Tallaght and we source quality dresses and accessories from mainly London and Paris.

“Setting up any business is a big risk, but we believe that there is a market for a boutique in Tallaght that offers quality, uniqueness and value.”

The rails of Julian are stocked with both on-trend and timeless dresses for all occasions, including weddings, debs, graduations, bridesmaids, parties or a special event or night out.

The boutique, which is fitted with luxurious dressing rooms and a comfortable waiting area, also sells accessories such as jewellery, head-pieces and handbags.

“We hope to be a one-stop shop for that special event or night out,” Donna said.

“We really do stock something for everybody and we hope that people drop in to meet with staff and take a look around.
“We have dresses ranging from size eight to size 26 and staff are on hand and happy to provide any advice on styles and stock.”
