The proposed Applegreen development also includes plans for associated signage, including two internally illuminated totem signs, canopy and building-mounted signage.

Associated site works for the proposed development include 76 car parking spaces, three HGV parking spaces, two coach parking spaces, 40 bicycle spaces, underground fuel tanks, a sustainable drainage system, site lighting and landscaping.

Vehicular access is proposed from Ballymount Avenue. Plans also include vehicular egress to the access road to the south west, which serves Fashion City to the south of Ballymount Avenue and Ballymount Road Upper.
