Echo Letters: It’s not rocket science!
Dear Sir,
Again this week I walked through Sean Walsh Park on Monday morning around 11.50am.
I have included pictures of the same three overflowing bins as last week (same bins, different rubbish) and also the corner of the blue bridge which is full of litter as a consequence of the bins in the park not being emptied.
I walked from Old Bawn, by the Old Bawn Community School and over the blue bridge to the Square. The three bins are located at the two entrances to the park at the bottom of the hill and at the top just before the entrance to the blue bridge.
There are two options, either empty the bins more often or get bigger bins. It’s not rocket science!
Watch this space for next week’s update.
Yours sincerely,
Liz Kennedy,
Old Bawn.
