Popular Facebook page I Love Terenure praised the Donohue family for their contribution to the community in a post on Monday night.

“We are really sad to say that the Donohoe family have had to close their doors.

"Many of us have grown up devouring a burger on a Friday afternoon after school or later on when more mature, a bowl of chicken wings on the way home from a night out. We are really sad to see you go.

"Thanks for the memories Eddies.”
