Fashion City warehouse investment sells for €629k

A substantial warehouse investment in Fashion City sold for €629,000 – €209,000 over its asking price.

Comprising of two ground floor retail warehouse units together with office accommodation overhead Unit 13 in Fashion City, Ballymount had an asking price of €420,000 with BidX1 auction.

The established warehouse and logistics location which is currently occupied by Teamwear, Spring Fashion (Trimex) and Dynamic Creations Ltd has a total current rent reserved €43,800 per annum and a Net Initial Yield 10.49%.

Meanwhile a ground floor two bedroom apartment at Coldwater Lake Suites in Citywest went for €185,000.

The investment opportunity had a guide price of €140,000. The property is the subject to a tenancy at a current rent of €15,240 per annum.

The property is comprised within a building arranged over ground and five upper floors.

Also a fourth floor two-bedroom apartment at Park West Point in Park West went for €200,000.

The vacant possession had a guide price of €180,000.
