The proposed apartments comprise 14 studios, 48 one-bed units, and 17 two-bed units, including one two-bed duplex apartment.

According to the applicant, 54 of the 79 apartments are to be provided with balconies/terraces on the northern, north eastern, southern and south western elevations of the building.

Provision of ancillary resident support facilities and resident services and amenities, including bin storage and cycle storage at lower ground floor/basement level and reception, laundry, communal amenity areas, a residents’ workspace, a games room and a gym at ground floor level, is included.

The proposal includes communal open space areas, such as a children’s play space, and first floor level and roof terraces at fourth, fifth and sixth floor level.

The development also includes a stair/lift core pop-up and solar panels at sixth floor/roof level.

In terms of parking provision, the development is to be served by 18 car parking spaces, 140 bicycle parking spaces, two motorcycle spaces, and 26 bicycle spaces are also provided at surface level.

The proposal also includes a vehicular entrance from Brookfield Road, foul and surface water drainage, hard and soft landscaping, an ESB sub-station, and all ancillary site development works necessary to facilitate the development.

A decision on the application has not yet been made by Dublin City Council.
